Internal error - access to IXADRT

Hi Experts,

While editing the vendor e-mail information - when I try to save the vendor, I am getting following error.

I have never come across this error before, please advise what does it signify?

Read first OSS note 1092408 - AM892 "Internal error - access to IXADRT".
