requirement of integrating External device QR code scanner gun with SAP ABAP scan the information and update in custom table field , Kindly request to guide the possible way to achieve the requirement

Hi,

simply create any aplication with an input field - dynpro field is sufficent.

For example matnr as dynpro input field - scan the code with the material number and it gets automatically filled in the field when you have connected the scanner to your PC
