If we manage users centrally in SU01 and use the users for webdynpro java access.

Can we from Javawebdynpro access the authorization objects assigned to the users in ECC?

Develop a Web Dynpro application to call an RFC / BAPI which would check authorization in ECC. Not sure if there any such standard BAPI exits or not. if not, you have need to develope one.
