Inserting values in to table through se11

I have created a new table. And i want to insert data. But the option create entries is disabled. Please help me how to insert data through se11.

Hi,

Please make sure 'Table maintenance allowed' is checked the ATTRIBUTE tab in SE11 and activate table after checking it.

Go to SE11...

give your table name...

click on change...

goto menu utilities->table contents->create entries...

For you able to maintain entries via SM30 or using navigation path in SE11.

See that you have performed the following steps:

1. Under Delivery/Maintenance tab for field Data Browser/Table Main: Select Table Maintenance is allowed.

Now that our table is enable for maintenance, we have to create a frame for the same. To do so...

2. Use menupath: Utilities => Table Maintenance Generator

3. Required fields are Authorization group, Function Group for the screens.

4. We can give explicit screen number or propose screen numbers from application tool bar.

5. Save, Activate the table.

Now we are ready for maintaining entries.

HI Madhavi,

When you create a table, the default value for the field 'Data Browser/Table View Maint' in the tab 'Delivery and Maintenance' will be 'Display/Maintenance Allowed with Restrictions'. Select the value 'Display/Maintenance Allowed ' in this dropdown and activate the table. Your problem will be solved.

Take your table in SE11.

goto Deleivery and Maintenance tabe and make Data Browser/Table View Maint. to Display/Maintenance Allowed. This will solve your issue.

Go to se11 ,.

Display table.

Go to Delivery and Maintainance tab. Select "Display / Maintainance Allowed" from dropdown list for field "Data Browser / Table View Maint."

Save n Activate...

Goto Utilities-->Table contents->Create entries...

enter the records n save
