Insert same primary key to custom table not dump

Hi experts,

As I am trying to insert same primary key to a custom table ,there is no dump and the data is normally saved to the custom table,not dump.Why is this happening?

INSERT zhx_ficot015i FROM TABLE gt_tb_di.

The same data exists in gt_tb_di and zhx_ficot015i ,but sy-subrc return 0.

I meant the contents of the logs, especially the Export and the Import log. And again I strongly recommend to involve the basis team - support in this way is very tedious and cumbersome.

If having a basis, I don't think this kind of problem should be considered by me.I am a abap,the knowledge of the system is very limited

Operating an SAP system without a basis admin sounds to me like trying to drive a car without wheels. Who else takes care of the TMS, set up of the clients, implementing support packages etc. etc.?

However, the export log should show lines like
88987 lines of ZHX_FICOT015I exported

And the import log should similar lines with "...imported".

Hello,

most relevant part seems to be this:

1 entry from ZZGBDT_MARA exported (500*).

So there was 1 entry of this table from client 500 written out into the datafile. When importing the transport request into any client this 1 record would be inserted resp. updated.

Having imported the request into client that the log shows

Then in the import log a similar entry can be expected

1 entry from ZZGBT_MARA imported (500*).

If the entry already existed, the record from the datafile of the transport has overwritten the already existing one and you can see no difference in the data before / after the import.

the entry have changed after releaseing and before importing,after importing into client ,there should be difference in the data before / after the import.

Did you check the import log?

There also might be some latency depending on buffer synchronization (typically up to 2 minutes max.).

However, if the import log shows that records have been imported, I would tend to believe that - the technique behind it works quite reliable since lots of years.
