infotype level security

Hi

we have created a user group and want to give restricted access to that group only for a few infotypes. They have to process reports that uses IT0008 ( basic Pay) in background . but do not want them to see IT008 for any employee.

So my question is .. is it possible to restrict the number if infotypes somebody can enter in the "Infotype selection for HR master data maintenance" screen ( field RP50G-CHOIC) through PA20 / PA30 transaction. We want to provide them authorization only for IT0001, IT006, IT0207, IT0208. If they try to enter other infotypes, say IT0008, they should get error message.

IS it possibe?

Authorization objects PLOG with Field INFOTYP is available for this purpose. Please use this.

I believe P_ORGIN is the one for PA20/PA30.
