infotype 041

Dear All,

I am new to ABAP, I have to write a user Exit to calculate the retirement date from date of birth, and completion of 5 years, 10 years and 20 years from date of joining and store them in the table PA041, while saving the infotype 041.

I want to know which user exit to use and what code has to be written. Is user exit PARA0001 is the right choice?
