information button on selection screen

Hi all,

my requirement is on click of a button on selection screen i need to display the information stating what the report does.

i have created a button on the screen plzz let me knw how can i get the text window ( similar to F1 help window ) on click of the button.

You can acheive this by using the Fm Pop up message funcion module.

You need to create a document object in SE61 and call it when the button is pressed in your program.

why don't you describe in the report-documentaion, what the report does?

Wait.....Are you asking about the 'Info' button on selection screen for program documentation???

No need to create a custom button on the selection screen......

Goto SE38->GOTO->DOCUMENTATION->Change. Maintain the texts and activate it...
