Hi Pavan,

Basically HR data is very important and confidential one for a company. So, not everyone should access the HR data directly. So, there are some restrictions provided for accessing the data.

Infotypes contain HR data. So, it should not be accessed directly. So, there is structure provided for the infotype where actually all the validations and authorizations are done. Anyone accessing the data should pass thru this structure only.
