I think you can use the HINT.

hi Alam ,

Yes very well you can do so by providing a where clause and keeping all the possible criterias to make the index clear . So that what happens is , the system creates an index from the where clause itself and selects the values based on it .

Thats the way you can use the indexes programatically .
