Hi Al,
When i try downloading the output in Excel thr ALV.
The row is decreased I want to increase the size of row depending upon the fields in Excel. Pl help me.

In fieldcatalog,increase the outputlen
exm : outputlen = 10...make it 15

I have given the ouplen as 20 but its still displaying the same result.
1 more requirement:
in the 1 column it's displaying the sy-datum in the left corner. i want to remove that column also.

see in excel sheet may be you can drag the column size after downloading...

there wont be any option other than this in excel...
i didnt understand what to remove 1 columns??
is it in excel u want to remove or before downloading in to excel..u dont want in alv list??
