Incoterm 2 is missing when using BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE

Hi ALL,

While using BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE to change the sales order, INCOterm2 is mandatory? can we save the sales order with out mentioning inco2. Is there any indicator or flag to avoid inco terms 2.
