Incorrect time in time zone setting

Hi All,

Our RSDBTIME report shows time differences, and because of this we have a problem in BW delta data load.

Universal Time Coordinated UTC....: 1226120346

Date and time of database.........: 08.11.2008 10:24:55

Date and Time of R/3-Kernel.......: 08.11.2008 10:29:06

Date and Time of ABAP-Processor...: 08.11.2008 10:24:54

ABAP Timezone Setup ..............: 19800

Date and Time / localtime ........: 08.11.2008 10:29:06

WARNING: Time Differences detected !

How do we set all the above without time differences.

did you get or find an answer to this warning?

We also ran into this issue, and hoping to be able to automatically synchronize the time between all the db/ci/app-servers.

Please let me know.

Hi All,

You have to check time and time zone in OS (Windows, linux, ...) of the App server and Database server

In the above case, the database time is earlier by about 5 minutes (increasing time of database server can be done without App stopping, while decreasing time on database server require App stop then start again after time decrease)

Of course to change time or time zone it will depends on OS itself, in windows you can do from "control panel"   in linux you can do with "date" command. Also in SUSE linux specially you can use "yast"
