Inconsistency between data dictionary objects and database objects

Hello All,

Currently we are in the process of upgrading the system form SAP 4.7 to ECC 6.0. Here we are encountered with an issue stating that "No active name tab exists" for the objects "/SQLR/RELE, /SQLR/TAB, /SQLR/TEXT1 and /SQLR/TEXT2".

I'm not able to open the mentioned tables in se11, but i can open in se14 but all the push buttons are disabled over there.

Hi,

this could be a combination of several issues.

1st check in SE03 namespace maintenance in Rel 4.7 and ECC for differences of namespace /SQLR/.

2nd there may be a missing data element or domain in your ECC system. Check all fields of those structures for having a length!

Firstly there are no reserved name spaces in any of my systems.

Secondly I'm not able to view the mentioned tables either in 4.7 or in ECC.

Hi Klaus,

There are two things to be noted in this note.

Firstly it is not applicable to ECC 6.0

and secondly as mentioned in my initial post, I'm not able to access them from SE11 or SE14 (push buttons are in disabled condition).

I have raised a SAP message, the replied saying that they have deliberately deleted those tables, and they have asked us to drop the tables from database using SQL statement DROP.
