Hi Experts,
I want to insert the companies logo in sap script. I got that image file in word doc. I copied it from there and saved using ms paint, means . bmp ext.
Now the problem is that when i try to insert the image in sapscript, through window-Text Element- insert - graphics-import, the graphic is inserted and i can see that in print . But its very blurd. I am not getting the sharp image as in word doc.
How can i adjust the image to get it exact sharp as its in word doc.
Pls help, any suggestion is welcome.
thanks

Hi again NC! Hi everybody,
I personally use another procedure to insert a picture into a SAP Script form.
- enter tx SMW0, "binary data for webrfc applications". Here you can preview what's the quality of the picture you just uploaded
- enter tx SE78 and import the image. Here you can also preview the picture
Then, at SE71, I write
/: BITMAP (name_of_the_picture) OBJECT GRAPHICS ID BMAP TYPE BMON DPI 300(...you could replace "BMON" by "BCOL", if the picture is in colors)
<b>My advice is</b>: try to upload the image in these two ways, then try to preview how the image looks like.
Please let me know if it helped. BR,
Alvaro

Hi Alvaro,
Thanks for your reply. It was helpfull.
I was outof station so couldnt reply before.
I tried your way,But again the clarity is not as it should be. Some how the image in word doc is very clear and when i import it to sap, its becomes a bit blurd. And also the background here is white but after uploading it when i see the preview, the background comes a slight grey (very light Grey dots)
If we see properly only then its visible. but the color difference is there.
I wish there could be a possibility to send attachments.
Any more suggestions.
Thanks,
NC

Hi NC,
maybe I could make a try. If you don't mind sending the image (or Word, or whatever) to [email protected], I will do my best... I think so!

Hi NC and guys,
I too am struck in the same color logo problem. I am getting those grey dots in the backgound in my logo. If I upload the same image as Black/White the problem is done away with. But I need a coloured logo.
Alvaro, I have tried in the same way you have suggested but in vain.
Please suggest if you have found any solution for this.
Thanks,
HVJ

You can convert BMP to TIFF format using "Imaging" Tool.
It comes with any MICRSOFT OS got STRAT _ PROGRAMS - Accessories and you will "IMAGING" TOOL in there.
You better choose B/W , Gray Scale or COLOR in the Imgaing tool. And Size too.
One you get right size and Color, Upload the Image into SAP using the program RSTXLDMC.
For clear image select Resolution for graphic (dpi) as 200.
Hope this helps
