Implement BADI HRXSS_PER_SUBTYPE

I am implementing this BADI HRXSS_PER_SUBTYPE, however the system show the following message" Implementation will not be called"

How can solve this ?

Basic answer is activate the implementation

Hint : But, behind the scene, this BAdi was not provided for multiple implementation, so I suppose there is already another implementation active, so check in your system (e.g. standard implementation AU_SUPERANNUATION)

The implementation is active., however the implementation will not be called

The system says "There are already implementations active"
