IDT/ERROR from one source

Hi all,

I am getting the below error while creating the PO for AU tax code . One source is integrated with the system. Could anyone tell me what are possible reasons for below error.

/IDT/ERROR: FAILED_TO_CALCULATE_TAX:Per calculation of the inp ut data, no tax result is returned.

Message no. /IDT/INTEGRATION001
