You can check the following tables

EDPP1 - EDI Partner (general partner profiles - inb. and outb.)

EDP12 - Partner Profile: Outbound with Message Control

EDP21 - Partner Profile: Inbound

EDPI1 - EDI: Partner profiles (inbound)
