Hello,
There could be different resons for the errors in the IDOC ,
1 . Due to wromg data
2 . Due to configuration of the partner profles etc
goto the transaction WE02 and determine the reason for the error .

Sowmya.

Hello Shekar ,
Once you determine the type of the error ie whether it is a Data related or configuration related then you can take care of the same approriately.
In case of an error due to the data in the IDOC determine which is the field that is giving the problem and then correct the data related to that field.
or if it is a problem related to the partner profiles check whether in we20 the partner profiles and the idoc inbound/outbound message types recieving systems etc have been maintained properly . Hope this helps.

Sowmya.

Hi
finding the errors
If you know the IDoc number, you can use FM IDOC_GET_MESSAGE_ATTRIBUTE to get the error message.
Otherwise, you can go to transaction WE02/WE05 and BD87 to find the error.

Hi Sekhar ,
1) Use t/code BD87 to re-process an IDoc after finding errors
2) Use t/code WE19 for troubleshooting of IDocs
cheers!
