2) idoc number that is generated in development,quality,produuction is same or it

It will generate new idoc (if you edit it we19 to process), else it will not.
always the idoc numbers are different in all systems
Communication idoc numbers are always depends on the praticular client in that system

yes after editing a new idoc number wl be generated..
idoc numbers on diff servers i mean dev, production, quality will be diff.
