Idocs Via Message Control

Hi Guys,

Can anybody tell me how idocs are generated thru message control.

I have a program(non standard sap FM) which generates/sends idocs using z tables from one system to another.

Can I use the message control technique to collect/send idocs using this.

can anybody suggest step-by-step procedure for how to do so?
