IDoc: Status: Application document not posted

Dear all,

In Tx.We02, we are getting error in inbound idocs, as IDoc: XXXXXXX Status: Application document not posted.

The Idocs are in status 51. (Pls refer the screenshot attached)

I tried few workarounds by referring few threads but didnt work. One such i performed was to re-process the failed idoc from report RBDMANI2,

but didnt work.

when you go in BD87 and check the log, did sap provides you more informations ?

Hi Fred,

When I checked the status records for few inbound idocs with status 51, I could see different message, as below,

  No batch input data for screen RV13A923

  Purchase Order XXXXXX update unsuccessfully

  Customer XXXX does not exist

It seems that this is a DATA issue. kindly compare data of the failed IDOC with a success Idoc.

It is issue with data, Check the customer XXXX is available in your system??

I think you've got your error.

The batch input of your IDoc find a screen not manage by the BDC.

the name RV13A923 looks like a routine (VOFM), could you try to check the program ?  if it's a routine, could you try to put a condition like :  IF SY-BATCH eq space ...   and you will not be bored anymore for IDoc process.

Try creating manually in foreground with the same data as provided in the IDoc.

It seems is a DATA issue.

Also the customer number should be padded with ZERO like 12345 should be 0000012345
