Hi All,
We have a scenario .EDI processes the files, the ECC will get the IDOCu2019s through RFC then turn into creates the claims.
One file is processed in EDI system which will send the IDOCs to the ECC system one by one. Then the IDOCs(Inbound IDOCs) will be processed one by one by using one function module which will create some claim documents.
Here I am facing a problem like some IDOCs are taking too much time(10 to 25 minutes) to get processed and the rest IDOCs are processed very smoothly.
We have been struggling to resolve the issue. Please help us out
<removed by moderator> replay would be appreciated .

You mean some idocs take long time to changes the status from 64 to 53.Check the status records log in the idoc for the reason.

All the IDOC are processed succefully. And the status is 64 only. (daily).
Today I have seen some IDOCs in 64 status and the same took 20 minutes around.

IDOC's that are processed immediately use dialog process and if you have very large volume it is possible that dialog process were not available for the IDOCs to be processed immediately... See if you can collect IDOCs and then process it using the RBDAPP01 program..
check this oss note,
Note 734576 - IDocs retain status 64, but should be processed immediately
