Hi Sameer Chopra,
You can't use BD10 if the receiver is already having that material in the receiver system.
You can use the change pointers concept.
Activate the change pointers using BD61.
Add the message type in BD50 Tcode.
MATMAS Checked.
Make the changes i your Material suppose 100-100.
Run the tcode BD21 and give your message type MATMAS so your changes will get effect in to the receiver system for all the material which are changed.
I hope this will be helpful.
Thanks & Regards,
Raghunadh Kodali.

Also Raghu,
I am replicating materials using Data Replication Framework in SAP MDG.
I am not using BD10 explicitly.

Sameer.

What is the receiver system?
If its not SAP, then they will have to handle how the update is handled themselves. They should be looking at the data in the IDoc, qualifier stating its a change and act accordingly.
Thanks
Martin
