IDoc processed only by WE19?

Hi,

I am unable to process the IDoc by IDoc processing program.It shows warning status by doing this.

But the same IDoc could be processed and posted if I use only WE19(Test tool for IDoc Processing) both in the inbound and outbound system.

Can any one pls explain what would be the solution to this?
