The no. of work process have exceeded in your SAP system. Contact your BASIS team, they should be able to fix that.

Thanks Ravi
Do u mean that the number of idoc being posted exceeds the limit? how can we know the max limit.
Moreover, do we need to contact BASIS ppl everytime it happens, or is there any other way out.
Some settings from developers side or something like this.

Hi,
This has nothing to do with your IDOC and ideally should not happen on a production system at all.
The work processes processes different tasks in the system like executing programs, background jobs. And you need to have enough for the same.
From a IDOC stand point, you shouldn't be worrying about it.

Ravi

Hello Mr. Nair,

Moreover, do we need to contact BASIS ppl everytime it happens, or is there any other way out.
You can always reprocess such idocs using BD87 transaction.

Hi Dhanya,
Once BASIS folk increases no. of work process, you can use schedule or execute this standard program RBDAPP01 to process your idoc(s) with status 64.
For the future, perhaps you may want to consider to run via background job (using above program) instead of to trigger immediately. This case you can are able to run when system has low processing run.
Hope this will help.

Hi,
In WE42/WE20 transaction, there will be a check box
for "DO NOT COLLECT IDoc".
Deactivate it.
If found useful, award points pls....

Hi Dhanya,
In WE20 select the logical system where you have configured your idoc type and on double clicking you will be taken to a screen where you can correct the mode for processing the idocs
Cheers
