IDOC error : Packing quantity zero was not processed - HELP

hi!!

im kind of new in IDOCs and don't know how and where to start investigating a problem with regards to IDOCs.

the scenario is,

whenever we process an inbound idoc shpcon with zero confirmed quantity and error message is triggered

"Packing quantity zero was not processed" with idoc status from 64 to 51.

the catch here now is, in other boxes such as production, whenever we try to process an idoc with the same paramaters: "shpcon with zero confirmed quantity" the idoc is succesfully processed.

can someone help me how to debug this? on where to start?

Hi,

Find the Function module with the process code.

Take an idoc and test it in WE19 T.code. Select standard inbound button in the application toolbar.
