IDOC - Delivery note

Hi All,

there is a scenario, whenever a delivery note is created an IDOC has to be generated and the data is sent to the third party customer using XI.

Message control method is used for the creation of the idoc with the standard output type 'LAVA'. I'm able to create the IDOC whenever i'm saving the delivery note but it is not posting to the XI port . its giving me the status as 30 - 'IDOC ready for dispatch'.

can anybody help me in solving the issue.

Hi ,

1. in WE02 take the IDOC nubmer.

2.Go to WE19 and put the IDOC number in the respective selection screen and execute .

3. Select that particular IDOC and click on Out bound Processing.

The status will change to 03.

Swapna,

Go to transaction WE20. Click on the partner number for the IDOC you are creating. Go into the Outbound Parameters of the message you are creating and make sure the "Transfer IDOC Immediately" and "Trigger Subsystem" boxes are checked. This should make the status 30 IDOCs be processed when they are created.
