Is the IDES system provided free of charge to all SAP customers?
I downloaded IDES from the service marketplace at home for self
study. My temporary license is scheduled to expire in one week.
I don't have the authorization to order a permanent key; only the
administrators at work have this authorization.
I requested that they order a license for me based upon my own
hardware key from home. But they have asked me whether our
company would be charged for this license.
