IDES access key problem

Hi All,

I have recently installed IDES4.6c in my system but while providing the developer access to one of the user which I have created with SAP_ALL profile, the system is not accepting the access key.

I am 100% sure the developer key I am using is absolutely correct.

Could anybody guide or there is any alternative to by-pass.

Hi,

How you got that access key, who gave you this, can you give the details. is that from DEVACCESS table. if so then that is not the one , you will get it from OSS .Contact Your Basis Guys.

Give some more details..
