A program runs

I_OI_DOCUMENT_PROXY-execute_macro to download a form that is displayed with a number of rows and a marco is run from excel file with foreground.

Could you anyone answer what the maxium row of excel file that can be displayed is?

The Excel macro can do whatever it wants. There is a limit for the number of rows in Excel, but that's not an ABAP question.
