HRPAD00AUTH_CHECK implementation is not getting triggered

Dear Team,

I have implemented the HRPAD00AUTH_CHECK BADI for checking the authorization of Tcode PC00_M99_CWTR based on payroll area.

Followed the below given blog and implemented it in the same way but it is only triggering the DELAYED_CONSTRUCTOR method of the class.

Any suggestions please.
