Hi experts....

For getting the Gross pay(ansal) why we are using the FM "RP_GET_ANSAL_FROM_WAGETYPES".is it a FM ? Can we assign the SUMBB in p0008 structure and use in internal fields?Instead of that.As i am new to this field I dont how to use FM.and RP_GET_ANSAL_FROM_WAGETYPES so please explain both concepts in brief.

The more simple with HR, is to access the table: P0008 --> table PA0008
