how to write wait statement in ABAP code?

hi i have one requirement like to stop abap code for one second

how we can code to acheive this

i want to wait onesecond after insert into dbtable statement..

WAIT UP TO 1 SECONDS.

GET TIME FIELD L_TIME. " << L_TIME will have latest time

PLZ REWARD IF USEFUL

Hi,

Syntax for abap command wait :

WAIT UP TO time SECONDS.

Loop AT itab.

wait up to X SECONDS.

YOUR LOGIC OR TASK.

ENDLOOP.

this will solve ur problem.
