type the tcode ,once your on the first screen choose system - > status . You can see the program name in the popup window

Other way, go to T-code the from menu go to System->Status - in SAP data box you will all the details about the T-code.

Hi Jaya,

Go to any Tcode.

Then Go to System -> Status.

There you can get the program of that transaction code in Program (screen).
