How To use WatchPoint In While Debug ?

hi Could u plz tell me how to use Watch points while debug the program.

also if i have 1 field and I want whenever this field get changes , while debugging its should show me alert, if Proactively i m not checking for it then also.. (I know we can achieve this by Break point , but is there any other method by using watchpoints.)
