How to upload data from excel in SAP using Excel functionality

Dear Experts,

My requirement is user will open the spreadsheet and enter the data as per template and then without saving, he will use some functionality(like any button or IMPORT?EXPORT from EXCEL) and then the data should get updated in SAP..

Is it possible? If any solution...please let me know....how to do this

Hi Sachin,

Such requirement of yours will need a mixture of VBA (from Excel) and Function Module/BAPIs to send data from Excel to SAP..

I need to update is using any button on excel and writing code in macro...

so i am trying using VBA active x control but when i click on the button i am getting logon pad but after connection i am getting RFC error...can anybody plz guide me.
