How to trace deleted report program? Please reply

Hi everybody,

I created a report program in local object. It was deleted by some other user. Is it possible to trace who has deleted the custom program. Eagerly waiting for your reply.

Hi,

You can use version management if it was a transportable program. Create the program with the same exact name as it was, then go to Utitlies, Versions, Version Mangagement, you will be able to retrieve the last version.

Otherwise ... you can not.

Hi Pulokesh,

Just create a program name as it is what previously they deleted, and go for version mangement. There it will show u some active versions. u can find it there, who is that last user used that program.

if it has been deleted by other user than it is not possible to find out who has deleted it,bcz if the report is client independent than anyone can delete the progam than it is not possible to trace that person.
