How to simulate transaction FB01 with FM POSTING_INTERFACE_DOCUMENT

Hi everybody,

I created a program using the Posting document interface in order to post lines coming from an external program. But I have to allow the user to check if the postings are going to be done correctly before to do it really. Is there a way to activate the "Simulate" functionality that we can find in transaction FB01 through the posting interface.

use BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_CHECK

Hi Poorna,

thanks for your reply. I cannot use that BAPI for functional restrictions. So I have to do it with the posting interface, but I don't know how to simulate the posting with that interface.

Hi guys,

What I mean by simulate, is just doing the postings and check the errors, but nothing is created in the DB (no commit).

Did you find any solution for simulating FB01 with POSTING_INTERFACE_DOCUMENT ?
