How to save Form / SmartForm / program with Screen ?

hi wayne

there is no need to save a program in the SAP system. when u activaye it it gets permanent in the SAP system.

if u want to save it in the local file then in the <b>UTILITIES -> MORE UTILITIES -> Upload/Download</b> . u can dowload it to a local file.and later on update when required.

and also you can save a file as the existing one goto PROGRAM-->COPY.

It will ask u for what are the things you want to copy.

you can copy and save sapscript as follows goto r se38

PROGRAM-->COPY.

and rename the new file and save.

you have not mentioned here which part of the smartform you want to save,there is no such procedure to save the smartfrom codes,bcz its not a sinlge orbject,its a kind of objects which contains lots of tabs,and the output of the screen you can take the print out as per your requirement,yes if you want the screen shots of the particular screen you can do that using copying that particular screen and paste that in the ms paint.
