Hi All,

How can we retrive deleted repository objects?

For an instance,

I want to retrive deleted tcode, how can i do it?

- retrieve from version database after creating object again under same name (not possible for tcodes)

- import from other systems

- recreate manually

- restore a system backup (will retrieve a few more objects...)

- more?

if that object is transported once that means that would be having a transport request number...

so you can get them retrieved from the transported system.

you can check with tables E07* tables, because for deleting also you need a TR.

Dear Soumyaprakash,

The object has not been transported, not even released.

Eg. by mistake any program or db table is deleted. is possible to retrive it?

was it assigned to any TR at any point of time?

then at max you can get a log entry. that all what you can get,

ask in BASIS forum if they can help. but i dont think you can

Hi,

go to Se03 and

next select search for Objects and Request/tasks

then enter your Object under the catageory and execute..you will get the Object related information..
