how to release task

which transaction i have to use

Are you speaking of transport or production/service orders ?

release tasks of a request in transport : SE01 ([Change and Transport System - Overview (BC-CTS)|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/b6/b40613a44411d1846d0000e8a57770/frameset.htm]) if you are not the owner you may need to change the owner.

Hi,

Go to tranaction SE01-> The display tab - paste the request there and click display. Now select the request and press the track button. And the tr will be released.

Hi,

Go to Se09 or SE10 or SE01.

Click on display button --> List of transport request will be displayed those are assigned for you --> Select the transport request number --> Under that you will find the task number with user User ID --> Select the task and click o truck icon on the application toolbar.

Run TCode SE10

--> Click DISPLAY

--> Now you can see TREE like Structure having Customizing as the Top Node

--> Go to the Task which is having your User Id. Click that Task Number

--> Click the VAN Icon (Release Directly) present in the Tool Bars of the SAP Gui.
