How to Post Data using BAPI_LISTING_CONDITIONS function module?

I have a requirement where the user will upload condition table data using excel sheet. This data needs to be posted into S/4 HANA using BAPI_LISTING_CONDITIONS function module. Please help me to map the data to the parameters of the function module for data posting.

What have you tried so far and what exactly is the challenge? There are several existing posts found when I google BAPI name, I'd start with reading those and then asking more specific questions.
