How to modify standard table?

Hi,

Welcome to SDN.

Take Access key from your basis guys go to change mode and edit your table.

Its not good to give your mobile numbers.

I respect your suggestion given to the concern person who have posted the thread and its very good i appreciate for that but ....

believe me SDN is like a temple for me which helps lot of people anybody who doesn't know anything about this SDN forum read your comment will create a bad impression. If possible please edit your thread. Remind you I don't want to hurt you at all.

I know that you are very committed to SDN. When I said, this is not the right place...I just meant in genuine sense..however...As you are saying it creates bad impression about SCN...I will change that...and one more thing I always follow threads of Karthik's and also yours. I have good respect for you because of which I am changing it.

First you should say whats the purpose of modifying that table.

And according to the [Rules of Engagement|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/wiki?path=/display/home/rulesofEngagement] providing Contact information is not allowed.

Now u might be thinking that me,Venkat and Karthik just gave you advice, but not an answer.

If you want to change the field names....Venkat already gave you the answer.

If you want to change the values which should be the last option however, then you can use keywords like Modify...in ABAP program...

You can get more info about MODIFY by pressing F1 on it in ABAP Editor.

may be she is thinking of adding some fields using append structure.

or she want to update or add the entries to the table TCURR using the view V_TCURR

Hi, it would be better if you tell us the whole scenario in which you want to transfer.

Anyhow, If you want to load data into TCURR, first load it to a internal table and then use MODIFY/INSERT to load the values into the TCURR table.

Have you ever been in txcode - OB08 first my advice is too find out what you or your finance guy will do in this OB08 Txcode.

Then you proceed with your issue will help you.
