How to make a template in module pool program

hi experts ,

                         I  want to make template  which have 3 columns and in 1st column there will be 6 rows and in 2nd and 3rd column there will be only 1 rows and  the values in 1st column is fixed . Initially I have tried it by table controln but it does not fill my requirement. Here template I mean to say this type of requirement we do in smart form by template. Please give your valuable suggestion.

Why don't you use I/O Field instead?
