How to introduce IDOC w/ Visual Basic 6?

As the title says I'm looking for the best or suggested method of introducing an IDOC to SAP with Visual Basic 6. Any suggestions, links, etc is greatly appreciated.

I do have some good links which speaks about the methods of introducing an IDOC to SAP with Visual Basic 6.But since we cant post an external links here, could you suggest me a way to help you ?

Anyways something has been written in sap library about this .(not in brief).Still have a look at it.
