How to get DEV Server modification fields in QAS/PRD Server

Dear Experts,

                   I have done the modification in TRIP tcode and PR05 screen. Added some fields in both the screens with the help of modification. Now i have transported these objects (My complete package) in QAS. I can't see the resulted fields in QAS. My question is that how to get the required fields in QAS as in DEV. Whether i have to do all the modification(s) work in QAS or some other method to get the required result.

please check if your package and all development objects are properly transported  in QA system or not.

can you paste screen shot of SE09 , development request screen shot here .?? why they are not coming into QAS system?
