how to export table from sap in excel using VBA workflow

Hi all,

I am have some problem related export table from SAP using ABAP.

Could someone tell me what is the flow for having this export?

What I am trying to is : 1. open excel with a specific header, 2. run a macro 3. connect to SAP 4. extract data from tables( eg. fbl3n - which have Document no, posting key...)
