How to download a Executable program?

I want to download a executable program with all it screens, fields, transactions, includes, etc..

and later upload to another SAP system.

Create a transport request with all your objects (programs, screen, table etc) you want to move to other system, and basis person can move the transport request from one system to other.

Please speak with your basis people.
