How to develop a new feature for ABAP perspective in Eclipse ?

Is it possible to create a new feature for ABAP perspective e.g. If we want to develop a functionality for CDS views to be exported/imported within different systems. If yes, how and in which language we can do so ?

If you are trying to Extend the ABAP Development Tools for Eclipse, you may find what you are looking for in here:

If you trying to create new Custom CDS Annotations, then I'm not sure if this is supported in the ABAP Stack.. But you a have a similar feature for HANA Based CDS:
